Our LETU Shared Files (which includes your MyDocuments for Faculty and Staff) infrastructure uses a technology referred to as WebDAV. Details regarding linking Windows 7 show some of the same details related here.
Many iOS applications including Keynote, Pages and Numbers all can access a WebDAV drive.
Currently, one of the most robust applications for iOS is GoodReader. Here is an example of how to use GoodReader to connect to our LETU Shared Files.
GoodReader Connect to WebDAV
After installing GoodReader and opening it, you'll notice in the right hand bottom corner an item that says Connect to Server. Find that area, expand it and click on Add

GoodReader will display a list of all the different kinds of connections it can make, you want Any WebDAV Server.

Once there, a screen will display asking you for several things:

Once you click on "Add", your "Readable Title" will appear in your list of servers to connect to. You can press that name, and viola, you'll see your LETU documents.
What happens from you is totally your responsibility. I would encourage you to read the GoodReader tutorials as there is lots of power to this application. You can download, sync, annotate, print, and all sorts of things these files once you have the connection.
