Getting Locked Out of Your Account
Under many circumstances, you can be locked out of your Letnet account after you've changed your password. There are numerous causes for this since many things require your Letnet account information.
One major cause is with currently logged-in workstations using your old credentials. Because the machine still thinks you're trying to use your old password, it will lock your account out.
To make sure this doesn't happen, ensure that you log out of every possible workstation before changing your password. For terminal servers, make sure to log out fully - simply closing the window will not log you out.
There are many times that your credentials may be remembered and will still use the old set if not manually changed. iPhones, mobile phones, and other such devices will need your new Letnet password in order to connect to the network, check mail, etc. Feedreader apps are also prone to this problem, so be sure to update every application that utilizes your Letnet account information.
