Creating a non-SSO Dynamic Forms Account

If there is a form that requires a workflow that involves participants that are individuals without LETU credentials, they will be required to create a non-SSO account in Dynamic Forms.

1.  The user can either click on the link in the notification email that they received or navigate directly to: https://dynamicforms.ngwebsolutions.com/.  They will be taken to a page that looks similar to this:
   
   
   
   They will then click on "Create New Account".
    
2. The user will then be taken to the following page, where they will be required to input a username, password, email address and secret question for additional verification in the future:
   
    
3. Once the account is created, if the user is not taken to the form that they clicked on, they should go back to their email and click on the link again and login.  They should then be taken to the form.
