Logging in to Dynamic Forms

Body

  1. Go to letu.edu/formslogin.
  2. You will be redirected to an SSO page.  Log in using your LeTU email address and password
  3. Once you have successfully logged in, you will be able to view forms that are waiting on some action to be completed (Pending/Draft Forms) or forms that have been completed (Forms History)

    Pending/Draft Forms include:
    • Forms you completed, but were rejected by another party
    • Forms you have saved as "draft"
    • Forms that require a payment
    • Forms you need to complete
    • Forms requiring the signature of a co-signer
    Forms History shows a list of all forms you have completed.
