The File is Not an Outlook Data File

This error pops up sometimes when new faculty/staff attempt to open outlook for the first time on school computers.

Step-by-step guide to fix:

1. Open Control Panel
2. Open Mail (Microsoft Outlook)
3. Click Show Profiles
4. Remove the faculty/staff member's profile
5. Re-add the profile with the same name
6. Apply and open outlook
