LETU makes every effort to distribute available bandwidth equitably among all students in the same bandwidth plan with similar bandwidth utilization. Plans assume typical use of Internet bandwidth. Faster initial download rates are offered to those with low recent bandwidth usage as bandwidth is available. Sustained downloading for extended periods of time may result in temporarily reduced download rates to make bandwidth available to others.
