- Forward All Incoming Calls to Voicemail - Press *4, listen for beeping tone, and then key in extension that you would like ALL calls forwarded to. When you hear constant tone, hang up. (This function forwards all calls received to the specified extension that is keyed in)
- Forward Calls to Voicemail When There is No Answer - Press *5, listen for beeping tone, and then key in 3999. When you hear constant tone, hang up. (This function forwards all calls to the voicemail system when there is no answer)
- Forward Calls to Voicemail When Line is Busy - Press *6, listen for beeping tone, and then key in 3999. When you hear constant beeping tone, hang up. (This function forwards all calls to voicemail when the line is busy)
- Cancel Forward All - Press #4, listen for tone, and then hang up.
- Cancel Forward No Answer - Press #5, listen for tone, and then hang up.
- Cancel Forward Busy - Press #6, listen for tone, and then hang up.
To set up your mailbox for the first time perform the following steps:
- Dial 3999 and you will be asked for a pass code.
- Enter 1234 and you will start the automated tutorial which will aid you in setting up your new mailbox (If this does not occur, please call x3500 for assistance). To change the pass code, greeting, etc. press the (8) key for user options and follow the prompts.
To check your voicemail follow these steps:
- From your phone - Dial 3999.
- From another extension - Dial your own extension and upon hearing your greeting, press *.
