Analog phone service is not provided in LETU Residence halls. Most LETU students choose to use a celluar phone for calling.

However, numerous cost-effective options exist if you would like to use a traditional analog phone (such as a Cordless phone) in your room.

While assistance is not directly available for setting up any of the options below, they should work on the LETU network.

• Vonage
• Ooma
• Obihai/Google Voice

NOTES:

• Google Voice integration with Obihai may require more technical setup than the Vonage/Ooma options above
• Please remember that any cordless phones used should be DECT 6.0 only. Please do not use 2.4Ghz phones in residence halls as they may degrade the quality of the LETU wireless network near their location.
