Quarterly Express Plus

Setup instructions

On first launch, the application will complain about a missing path, and possibly a missing license. The path must be modified to point to the "Quarterly Express" folder on a network share. The "AccountingServices" folder must be mapped to a network drive first. The complete network path is as follows:

\\letnet\fs\departments\BusinessAndAdministration\AccountingServices\Quarterly Express

1. Open file explorer
2. From the toolbar at the top, click "Map network drive"
   
3. Make sure the drive is set to Z, and set the following path as the folder:
   \\letnet\fs\departments\BusinessAndAdministration\AccountingServices
   
4. Click Finish
5. Launch the Quarterly Express Plus, click through any warnings
6. Go to the Settings menu (using the tab at the top) and choose Set Data Repository Location.  Click on the option to set a new directory location.
   
7. In the window that pops up, browse to "This PC" and expand the Z drive. Select the "Quarterly Express" folder and click "OK".
8. Click "OK" on the directory location window to close it. The software should now be usable.
