Limesurvey - Login with OTP MFA Code

Overview

This guide is intended to be used after you have already setup your Limesurvey account with MFA

To Log-In

Next time you login to Limesurvey Admin you will need to enter your

1. Username (all lowercase)
2. Password
3. 6 Digit Code from your Authenticator app

You will not be prompted for the code

To View the Code:

• Open MS Authenticator
• Locate the entry, it will most likely be called something like 'LimeSurvey - User ID
• Tap on the entry to view the 6 codes
• Note the codes change with the countdown on the left. They countdown from 30 seconds
