Purpose
LETU IT will develop an installation package and deploy it to the location specified. Requester should have already obtained permission from the stakeholder of the location in question if necessary. Please include any license files or installation files as necessary.
Details
Typical software may include (but is not limited to):
- Discipline specific software needed by different schools
- Software related to business processes
- Lab and classroom software for student use
Service Level Agreement
Once the request is made, installations can typically be done within 48 hours. Depending on difficulty of package development, licensing implementation, or backlog, up to 10 business days may be required for deployment of the requested software.
Costs
There are no direct costs associated with this service, unless we are also assisting with the purchase of licenses.
