Don't Know Your Password?

If you forgot your password, need to set it for the first time, or it expired, take the following steps:

Students:

• Method 1:
  • Browse to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/
• Method 2:
  • Go to https://my.letu.edu.  In the top left hand corner, click on "Forgot Password".
  • Enter username or personal email address, and a link will be sent to your personal email address.
  • Click on the link and it will bring you to a page where you can change your password.

Faculty/Staff:

• Call IT to have your account enabled for a password reset
• Go to https://myprofile.microsoft.com/ and sign in with the temporary password provided by IT.
  • Set a new personal password.
