Your LetNet user name and email address are based on your preferred name as it is stored in our administrative database by the Registrar's Office. If your legal name has changed and you want to change your user name, you should contact the Registrar's Office to see about changing your name in our records. As a result of such a change, your LetNet user name and email address will be updated. This process normally takes a day or two. Note, however, that even though your user name will change, your password will NOT change. So, once the process is set in motion, when you find your login has stopped working, switch to using the new user name with your same password, and you should be able to pick up right where you left off before.

If your legal name has changed and you want to change your user name, you should fill out the Change of Name form which can be found in the HR forms and publications folder here. As a result of such a change, your LetNet user name and email address will be updated. This process normally takes a day or two.
