Acting on a Form

Once you receive an email stating that you have a form to complete:
  1. Click on the link in the email.
  2. You will be directed to a Single-Sign On (SSO) page.  Log in with your LeTU email address and password.
  3. You will be taken directly to the form that was filled out.  From here, you have to option to reject the form or proceed to electronically signing it.  If we wish to talk with the preparer to discuss elements of the form before you sign it, it is encouraged that you do so outside of the form (i.e. through email) prior to signing or rejecting the form.
  4. Rejecting a form:
    1. Should you choose to reject this form for whatever reason, click Reject
    2. You will be taken to a screen that allows you to personalize the email sent to the preparer as to the reason for the rejection.

       

      Note - the preparer will have the opportunity to modify their form once it has been rejected to meet specifications. Once they make the necessary changes they may send it back.

  5. Accepting/signing a form

    1. Should you choose to sign the form, click Next

    2. On the next page, type  your name exactly as it appears as an act of electronically signing the form.  Then click Sign Electronically.
    3. On the following page, you have the option to View the PDF of the form you just signed and/or logout.  If you like, you can click on My Pending Forms and complete any other outstanding forms you have left to sign.
