Logging in to Lime Survey

  1. Navigate to the Lime Survey Administration page: https://webtools.letu.edu/limesurvey/index.php?r=admin/authentication/sa/login

     
  2. If you use your LETU credentials, make sure to change your Authentication method to "LDAP":

    else, leave it on "LimeSurvey internal database".
     
  3. Type in your username in the appropriate field.  

    NOTE: as of the writing of this article, usernames are case-sensitive.  If you put in your credentials and know they are correct, try capitalizing the first letters of your first and last name in your username.
     
  4. Type in your password in the appropriate field and click Login.
