Rerouting a form

A form could need to be rerouted for many reasons at the Form Administrator's discretion.  Should one of these scenarios occur, following the below steps:

 

  1. Click on the number in the Multi-Signature queue:

2.  Find the submission that you would like to reroute and click on Actions and then Manage Co-Signers:

3.  A window will pop up.  Click Actions and then Edit Cosigner next to the participant that you want to reroute:

4.  Input the new participant's name into the boxes that show up and hit the Save button if you just want to save it.  Hit "Save and Re-send Email" if you want the new participant to receive an email to the form:
