Unable to log into Dynamic Forms

Every LETU Student, Faculty and Staff member should be able to log into Dynamic Forms, even if their view is limited when they do log in.  Sometimes after a session timeout, the Dynamic Forms page will redirect to the non-SSO Dynamic Forms page.  If a user tries to login through this method, they will get an error message:

 

If this occurs, simply go to letu.edu/formslogin and login on this page.
