All IoT solutions directly supported for use in LETU facilities must use wired bridges talking to secure Internet cloud solutions unless otherwise approved by LETU Information Technology
In general, private wireless communications protocols such as Z-Wave, ClearConnect RF, or Zigbee will be preferred communication for wireless solutions over 802.11 public wireless frequencies for security and management reasons.
(not all aspects of each solution may be supportable)
Multiple
Samsung
SmartThings
The SmartThings platform is a control environment automating a wide variety of Samsung and 3rd party devices.
SmartThings is currently generally the most wideley compatible wired automation hub system available at the consumer level
Requires use of wired version of hub

Electrical
Lutron
Casetta Wireless
The pro line may be needed for some applications
Does not use 802.11, uses ClearConnect RF for switch communications
Uses a wired hub per bldg for base communications
Supports automation through SmartThings, IFTTT and other solutions

Sense
This is targeted at homes - it's unknown what support it has for enterprise environments or smaller commercial buildings

Eaton
Power metering
Commercial power metering
(not all are IoT Devices and many are $$$)

HVAC
Ecobee
Ecobee Thermostats and Smartbuildings
Ecobee has Commercial Si-series thermostats but also has a Smartbuildings software solution designed to make using it's consumer-grade Ecobee 3.4 thermostats manageable
Ecobee 4 series consumer thermostats support multiple wireless sensors, TOD sensor readings and occupancy
Does require wireless access and currently requires non-WPA wireless access (so would need thermostat-style workaround for any wireless)
