1. Go to  https://phones.letu.edu/ucmuser/

2. Select your phone from the top left corner, and expand it to select the line you wish to modify.



3. For call forwarding, find the section on the right labeled "General Settings" and check the box to foward your calls to a number of your choosing.
Note: You must begin your number with "8" to reach any local off-campus numbers. Call forwarding cannot be performed to long distance numbers.
 
4. To adjust Line ring behavior, click the "Settings" link in the blue section at the top of the page. 

5.  You can separately adjust ring settings for your line when it is not in use or in use. IN most cases, you will want the default "Flash Only" for the "In Use" setting to avoid having your phone audibly ring while you are on a call. The ability to "Flash Only" for calls when the phone is not in use is often useful for second lines.
