LOG INTO VOICE MAIL PHONE:

 * Dial 3999 from an internal phone or 903-233-3999 from an external phone.

 * A recording will start to play. Ignore it and press *.

 * The system will ask you to enter your ID, which means your 4-digit phone extension. Then press the # sign.

 * The system will ask you to enter your voicemail PIN number, which means your 4-digit phone extension that you set in https://voicemail.letu.edu/ciscopca. Then press the # sign.

 

TYPE THE NUMBERS BELOW TO RECORD AN ALTERNATE GREETING:

 4) "Setup Options"
 1) "Greetings"
 3) "Edit other Greetings"
 3) "Alternate Greeting"
 1) "Rerecord the greeting"
 3) "Turn on"
 2) "No end date"


Hang up and verify that the alternate greeting is working correctly by calling your work number.

You can switch between your "standard greeting" and your "alternate greeting" by going to https://voicemail.letu.edu/ciscopca and clicking on "Greetings."  If you are off campus, you will have to log into https://voicemail.letu.edu/ciscopca from terminal server.
