eBridge Permissions - Defined

This page was created to explain the types of permissions that a user can have in a cabinet in eBridge.  A user can have any combination of the following:

Permission Description
View Allow this user to view documents stored in eBridge.
Email Allow this user to email documents from the viewer or the retrieve screen.     
Import Allow this user to import electronic documents and use the print driver.
Delete Allow this user to delete stored documents.
Edit Allow this user to edit document index values and annotations.
Scan Allow this user to scan documents into eBridge.
Reports Allow this user to create and access file cabinet reports.
Admin Allow this user to change cabinet, company, and user settings.
