Manually Clearing Health Holds

Tags hold-rec

Overview

Health holds (WTHF, WTIN, WTIM) work differently than other holds.  These holds are cleared by the procedures called by completing the corresponding Dynamic Forms.  However, if something happens where the form is not clearing hold, these holds are not cleared by just putting an end date in the hold record.  Other records need to be inserted or updated in order to prevent these holds from reappearing with the next run of the POGO/Possible process.
