How to copy a Dynamic Forms template from one organization to another

• Click on Admin, then System Admin

• Click on Forms Migration

• Select the organization of the template you want to copy, and hit select.
• A list of templates will appear. In the below example, the selected organization only had one template.
• Select the form you want to copy, then the organization that you want to copy it to in the dropdown menu underneath. In the below example I chose the prayer request template in the Development organization, and selected the Spiritual Life organization as the org to receive the copy.

• Hit submit. Text will appear to let you know the form was copied successfully.

PLEASE NOTE: Do not select the "move form and its submissions" option without permission. If you do it without permission You will need to copy it back to its original organization.
