This article details the process to give extended credentials to student. This is primarily used for flight students who need temporary access to Canvas port graduation.
Details
To give extended credentials to someone a new entry must be made in ctc_rec. This entry must contain the student's ID number (happens automatically), the value of "REG" in the tick field (happens automatically), a tempstudent resource (listed below) in the resource field (this is the code you put in the “contact” field), the current date in the add_date field (happens automatically), and a value of "E" in the stat field.

- TU - traditional undergraduate
- NU - non-traditional undergraduate

and:
- -45 means 45 days
- -90 means 90 days
- -180 means 180 days
