Colleague Documentation & Signing Up for an Ellucian Account

Colleague training is typically provided by each department due to unique business processes within each functional area.  However, Ellucian has robust documentation for the use of Colleague that is accessible to LETU employees.  To access these resources, you will need to create an account with Ellucian by following the instructions below.

  1. Visit the Ellucian Customer Center at https://login.ellucian.com/
  2. Click on the Sign up for an account link.

  4. Enter the prompts using your LETU email address and click on Submit.

  5. You will be presented with an Account Registration page where you will enter information about your employment at LETU. Enter the required information. For the Username we recommend the portion of your LETU username before the @.

    This will initiate an employment verification process between Ellucian and LETU. Once LETU confirms your employment, you will get an email from Ellucian with your account information.
     
  6. Upon logging in to the Ellucian Customer Support Center you will have the ability to search articles, community forums, and access Ellucian's documentation for all Colleague-related processes.  You will be presented with a Tour of the support site, and we strongly recommend that you take the tour to help you navigate this site.
