The Basics

Calling

  1. Dial the number you are calling
    • For numbers outside LeTourneau, you do not need to dial 8 first
  2. Press the button below "Call" or the speaker icon (Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    ) or pick up the handset

Voicemail

  1. Press the voicemail button (above the gear icon Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    ) or dial 3999
  2. If it is your first time setting up voicemail enter the default passcode 112233 and press #
  3. Follow the remaining voice instructions

 

 

Change Ringtone

  1. Click the gear icon (Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    )
  2. Go to User preferences (4)
  3. Navigate to Ringtone (5)
  4. Select the extension you wish to change the ringtone for
  5. Select the desired ringtone
  6. Click the back button
  7. Press the button below "Set"

Change Brightness

  1. Click the gear icon (Uploaded Image (Thumbnail)
    )
  2. Go to User preferences (4)
  3. Navigate to Screen preferences (3)
  4. Select Display brightness
  5. Press on the left or right side of the navigation button to adjust brightness to the desired setting
  6. Press the button below "Save"

 

 

Soft buttons

Redial

This allows you redial your recent calls. After pressing the button below “Redial” navigate to the call you wish to redial and press the button below “Call” or pick up the handset.

New Call

Press the button below “New call” to enter a phone number to call.

Forward

This allows you to set up call forwarding. After pressing the button below “Forward” navigate to one of the three options: “Forward all”, “Forward busy”, or “Forward no answer”

Forward All

This forwards all your calls immediately. After selecting “Forward all” press the main navigation button to turn on forwarding, then navigate to “Forward all number” and enter the number you wish to forward to and press the button below “Set”

Forward Busy

This forwards your calls when you are already on the phone with someone and do not pick up the new incoming call. After selecting “Forward busy” press the main navigation button to turn on forwarding, then navigate to “Forward busy number” and enter the number you wish to forward to and press the button below “Set”

Forward No Answer

This forwards your calls when you do not pick up the phone. After selecting “Forward no answer” press the main navigation button to turn on forwarding, then navigate to “Fwd no answer number” and enter the number you wish to forward to and press the button below “Set”. You may also specify the number of rings before it forwards.

Clr Fwd

This clears any forwarding you have on.

Contacts

This shows any contacts you have.

Missed

This shows your missed calls

DND

This turns on do not disturb and will send any incoming calls to voicemail.

Clr DND

This turns off do not disturb.

Unpark

This allows you to unpark any parked calls.

Call Pull

This allows you to move your calls to the phone you press this on.
