📘 Overview
Below is some guidance on printing for campus-based students as well as some answers for commonly asked questions.
🔢 Printing Allowance and Guidelines
- Each student is provided $10 each semester as a printing credit to allow for normal printing needs required for classes.
- Per page costs:
- $.04 per black and white page
- $.10 per color page
- This works out to:
- 250 pages of all black and white
- 100 pages of all color
- Or some mixture of both
- The printers available for student printing are in the following locations:
- Margaret Estes Library
- Glaske Resource Room
- Achievement Center
- Longview Hall Computer Labs
⚠️ Warning: Your print job will be denied if it exceeds the available balance for your account. For this semester, IT can grant additional credit to your account if you need it. In future semesters, a payment portal will allow you to add credit to your account.
