OneDrive provides you the ability to share your files and directories with the specific users or groups you want to have access.
Files hosted on OneDrive may be shared with different audiences:
Anyone who receives the link you generate
Only those inside the LETU family who receive the link you generate
or with any specific users inside or outside the LETU family you choose to share your content directly with.
Files may be shared for View-Only or Edit access:
View access:
Recipients may view but not edit your files
Edit access:
Those you share the file with may fully edit your documents collaboratively with you.
How to Share OneDrive Files and Folders:
From a PC
Click the link above for detailed instructions - or follow these steps:
Save the file you would like to share to your OneDrive folder.
Open your OneDrive folder in Windows Explorer.
Right click the chosen file and click "Share".
Choose who you would like to have access by adding names to share with and a message.
Using the "Pencil" icon you can select if the recipients can view, edit or review the document.
Clicking the "gear" icon will allow you to pick larger groups of people to share with including those outside LETU.
Clicking "copy link" will allow you to just copy the link if you want to paste it into a standalone email or chat without using OneDrive's Send tool.
Otherwise, click "Send"
Enter the email addresses of the people with whom you would like to share the document.
Click Send

If you share content with anonymous users the link will be accessible by anyone in the world. As a result anonymous sharing links will automatically expire after 30 days for your protection.
Sharing of files with sensitive information may be
restricted by LETU's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) System
