Sharing Files with OneDrive for Business

LETU OneDrive for Business provides you the ability to share your files and directories with the specific users or groups you want to have access.

Files hosted on LETU's OneDrive for Business may be shared with different audiences:

Anyone who receives the link you generate
Only those inside the LETU family who receive the link you generate
or with any specific users inside or outside the LETU family you choose to share your content directly with.

Files may be shared for View-Only or Edit access:

View access: Recipients may view but not edit your files
Edit access: Those you share the file with may fully edit your documents collaboratively with you.

OneDrive Sharing Safeguards

All use of OneDrive must comply with LETU's 6.2 Data Classification policy.

If you share content with anonymous users the link will be accessible by anyone in the world. As a result anonymous sharing links will automatically expire after 30 days for your protection.
Sharing of files with sensitive information may be restricted by LETU's Data Loss Prevention (DLP) System
