How can I reset the PIN/password on my LU voicemail box if I've forgotten it or just want to change it?
You can reset your voicemail PIN / password from any computer that has internet access by doing as follows.
1) From your computer's web browser, visit https://voicemail.letu.edu/ciscopca.
2) To log in, use your LetNet username and password.
3) On the next page select Messaging Assistant.
4) Under the heading Passwords, click Change PIN, and enter your preferred phone pin in both fields (it must be all numeric and at least 4 digits long or longer)
5) Save new settings by pressing the Save button.
