Purpose
Use this service to request a reset of your MFA device association. This is often required when your MFA device/phone is not available due to some change (lost phone, authenticator application reinstall).
Details
MFA is required for all LetNet accounts.
Common scenarios that might require a MFA reset:
- I lost, or no longer have my MFA device/phone
- I bought a new MFA device/phone
- I uninstalled authenticator application
- I switched to a different authenticator application
To request a MFA reset, we may request additional information to verify your identity.
Service Level Agreement
MFA Resets will occur at 9am and 2pm daily M-Sa and at 2pm Su.
