Generally, a network-based or data security incident should be treated as an emergency that requires timely investigation and, if necessary, mitigation. Events that might fall into the scope of this service are:
- Unauthorized access to a LetNet Account or other LETU account
- The sharing of LetNet account credentials
- Unauthorized access to a system, server, or service.
- Hacking attempts
- Repeated failed login attempts
- Suspicious login behavior
- Suspicious network traffic
- Disruptive network traffic
- Unauthorized server services
- Unauthorized network equipment connected to the LetNet wired or wireless networks
- Malware infection of distribution
- Mass phishing attempts
- Sending spam
- Unpatched software
- Vulnerability detected
