Purpose
Use this service to request a configuration change in LETU's door access control system.
Details
Though most day-to-day administration of door access control is conducted by the department that oversees a particular building or set of doors, on occasion there may need to be a change in the way the system operates. IT provides basic configuration assistance. Advanced configurations may be referred to our preferred support vendor.
Service Level Agreement
Basic configuration changes will be completed within five business days.
Advanced configuration changes have no Service Level Agreement.
Costs
Basic configuration: Free.
Advanced configuration: IT will provide a quote for services based on scope of work and urgency of request.
