Purpose
Use this service to request a change in the configuration of a virtual server.
Details
Attributes that can be changed include, but are not limited to:
- Amount of memory
- Amount of storage
- Network card reconfigurations
- Name changes
- Windows operating system changes
- Any other change related to the server or the operating environment
Service Level Agreement
Configuration changes will be completed within five business days.
Costs
Configuration changes are free, but any change that results in an increase in resources used will cause an increase in monthly/annual costs.
