Use this service to request a change in a file quota,
Details
If you have exceeded your quota on a file share, you should first receive a warning, but if you are unable to stay below your quota, you may not be able to save additional files. In this case, you may request an increase in your quota.
Before requesting an increase, we ask that you evaluate your files to make sure there is no non-LETU files that may be taking up server space.
We evaluate all requests in a case-by-case basis. In some instances, we are not able to increase your quota.
Service Level Agreement
File quota changes will be completed within 72 hours.
