Purpose
Use this service to request the configuration or setup of your department's main phone number Greeting and Call Tree (callers navigation via numeric input).
Details
Departments can use Call Trees to offer different services and information to callers. Because of the complexity, your department will need to designate a Greetings Administrator who is responsible for the maintenance of the Greeting and Call Tree in order to use this service.
