Report Software Issue

Purpose

LETU IT will investigate the reported issue on the client and server side and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue. 

Details

Issues of this type may require a technician to remote into the computer with you to investigate the issue. We may also need to dig through event logs to search for errors that could help diagnose the problem. 

Service Level Agreement

Once the issue has been reported, allow 1-3 business days for a technician to investigate and potentially resolve. 

Costs

There is no direct cost associated with this service, unless we are also assisting with the purchase of licenses.
