Purpose
Faculty and staff can request a modification to an existing portlet or page, either in functionality or appearance, through the accompanying form.
Details
When requesting a modification, describe, in as much detail, the need for the modification, the portlet or page's location, and an example mock-up, when applicable.
NOTE: All modification requests are subject to approval and may require other departmental input when applicable.
