Purpose
Starfish is a cloud-hosted retention solution, designed to ensure students are satisfied with their post-secondary experience. When reporting an issue, describe, in as much detail, the exact nature of your issue and include IDs of the students and screenshots when applicable.

Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- Student not showing up in Starfish
- Student data appears incorrect in Starfish
- Unable to access an aspect of Starfish
