IDWorks is the software used by Student Life to print ID cards for student, faculty, and staff. When reporting an issue, describe, in as much detail, the exact nature of your issue, include IDs of the individuals, and include screenshots when applicable.

Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- Incorrect ID number pulling up for a student
- IDWorks not able to connect to CX
