Purpose
Staff can use this service to report an issue with the Chapel Card Reader system that is utilized to check students in to a particular chapel event.
Details
Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- Scanner computers not behaving as expected
- Scans are not coming in with the correct time
- Students unable to scan into a chapel event
