Purpose
Staff can use this service to report issues with GEARS database, an Access Database for grade entry, administration and regulation tracking. When reporting an issue, describe, in as much detail, the exact nature of your issue and include IDs of the faculty and screenshots when applicable.
Details
Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- Courses missing from the Outstanding Grades report
- Courses displaying incorrectly in the auto-generated emails sent to faculty
- Email images not displaying correctly
