Tree of Life: Report an issue

Purpose

Staff can use this service to report an issue with the import process of Tree of Life bookstore transactional data into CX.

Details

Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):

• Transactions missing from a posting file to CX
• Transactions posting to the wrong account in CX
• Files not generated for a particular day
