Purpose
Faculty and staff can use this service to report an issue accessing or utilizing the Student Data Tool, an internal web application used for accessing student information.
Details
Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- Data is missing/different in the Student Data Tool than what it is in CX
- Unable to pull up data after executing a query
- Unable to log in or get a proxy login issue after entering credentials
