Purpose
Staff can use this service to report an issue with JX SEM, the system utilized primarily by Enrollment Services for matriculating perspective students.
Details
Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- Users unable to log into JX SEM after previously having access
- Option to import applications and/or inquiries is not available/
- Receive errors when attempting to batch import
- Student data is not importing correctly from the applications
- Student is being assigned to the incorrect advisor
