Purpose
Staff can use this service to request that two or more previously identified CX IDs be merged to one primary ID.
Details
On the accompanying form, please make sure that you identify which ID is primary (i.e. which one should remain) and which is secondary (i.e. which one will no longer be valid).
NOTE: Under certain circumstances IT may need to chose the secondary as the primary depending on the data that is attached to it, but this will be clearly communicated before the merge is performed.
