CX: Report an issue

Purpose

Faculty and staff can use this service to report an issue accessing or utilizing CX, LETU's main student information system application installed on university computers.

Details

CX is such an extensive program and utilized by such differing departments who usually encounter distinct issues, that outlining possible issues would be of too expansive.  Therefore, in order to be of the most help, please complete the accompanying form as completely as possible in order for us to have the most information to assist with the issues you are experiencing.
