Faculty and staff can use this service to report an issue accessing or utilizing eBridge, the cloud document storage solution.
Details
Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- Unable to access eBridge after previously having access
- Unable to view comments in eBridge
- Documents not uploading to eBridge as expected
- Unable to edit document indexes
