Purpose
Faculty and staff can use this service to report an issue with the Engagement Tracking System, an internal tool for marking students as engaged in their classes.
Details
Before reporting an issue to IT, make sure that you have reached out to the relevant contact for your area to see if they can assist with your issue.

Possible issues can included (but are not limited to):
- User is unable to log in after previously having access
- User is unable to set engagement for students
