Purpose
Use this service to request the copy of a previous or current course to another course within Canvas. Limit your request to a single term/module.
Details
Be sure to include all of the following information:
- The semester, course code (ABCD1234), and section of the course to be copied from.
- The semester, course code (ABCD1234), section and start date of the course to be copied to.
Also indicate whether or not the course you are copying to is a merged course.
*Please note that for online courses, if the master has been updated since you last taught the class, then we will not be able to fulfill your copy request. Please know it can take up to 3 working days for us to complete your request.
